Organic jojoba, 100% certified-organic essential oils: lavandin grosso (lavandula x intermedia), peppermint (mentha x pipertia), lavender (Lavandula Augustifolia),

How to Use

Roll a dab underneath your nose, or on a tissue, an organic cotton ball or an eco-silk cloth. Hold up to your nose and inhale slowly. Exhale even slower. Repeat 5 times. You can regulate the intensity of the scent by how far away you hold it from your nose.
- Roll on to target a tense or sore area, or smooth into neck, shoulders, chest when you feel all over tense.
- STORE out of reach of babies, children and animals. Refrigerate, when taking a break from use, to preserve potency for up to 18 months from opening.
- SAFETY: For external use only. NOT for consumption. NOT for use on, in contact with or near newborns or infants. Avoid contact with eye area and nasal passages. Discontinue if irritation develops.
- ALWAYS DILUTE with more jojoba oil when using for children, the elderly or for those with an underlying condition or disease.

When I purchased the Travel Remedy, I explored other oils as well to find one best suited for me. Well, after reading the description of this oil in particular, if fit me to a T. Unfortunately, I'm a pretty tensed out gal right now. I work out nearly 7 days a week, and my current transition-position as a server at night has me on my feet constantly in a fast-paced environment. As soon as I placed a few drops where I needed to feel calm and relaxed, I did. The oil worked immediately and helped to relieve some of the tension I was feeling. Great scent that you can actually wear during the day and out in public without people noticing any harsh or abrasive mint. Also great as a few drops before bed to really ease into relaxation.
