Returns & Refunds
How to start a return
If you wish to return a product, please email us at info@hgillermanorganics.com with:
- your order number, and
- the reason for the return.
Return window
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions (important)
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unopened and in the same condition as received.
- Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from hgillermanorganics.com.

Please email us your tracking number so we can monitor arrival and process your refund promptly.
Return shipping fees
Unless the return is due to damage or our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers can take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged items
In the unfortunate occurrence that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Email info@hgillermanorganics.com and include a photo showing the condition of the product when you opened the package and any other helpful information. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or return.
Address accuracy & lost packages
We check addresses as prompted by the carrier, but we cannot be responsible for errors in the shipping address or addressee details that result in a lost package.
Authenticity note (Amazon)
We do not sell our products on Amazon. If you purchased through Amazon, we cannot vouch for product authenticity or storage conditions. Our products are cold-stored, filled in small batches, and shipped fresh.
Storage recommendation
For optimal efficacy, we recommend using products within one year of opening. Store in the refrigerator during periods of non-use to extend shelf life. Keep caps tightly closed after each application and keep away from direct sunlight and heat above 75°F.
Refunds
If you submittted your order with an error, and you wish to change/cancel your order and we haven't created the shipping label, we can correct the issue for you and refund your payment, if necessary.
