100% certified-organic essential oils of lavandin grosso (lavandula x intermedia) blood orange (citrus sinensis L.), tangerine (citrus reticulate), clary sage (Slavia Sclarea L.), lavender (Lavandula Augustifolia)

- ONCE IN BED: tap a drop on a tissue, an organic cotton ball or an eco-silk cloth. Hold up to your nose and inhale slowly. Exhale even slower. Repeat 5 times. You can regulate the intensity of the scent by how far away you hold it from your nose. Lights out. Relax into your bed. Repeat if your mind goes back to worrying or you wake up too soon.
- DILUTE for use as a bath oil or foot rub before bed. Combine 10 drops with 1 oz (2 Tablespoons) of botanical oil of your choice (example: jojoba).
- STORE out of reach of babies, children and animals. Refrigerate, when taking a break from use, to preserve potency for up to a 12 months from opening.
- SAFETY: For external use only. Not for consumption, newborns or infants. Avoid contact with eye area and nasal passages. Discontinue if irritation develops.
- ALWAYS DILUTE as per above with 1-2 drops when using for a child, the elderly or for those with an underlying condition or disease.
