Natural Rest Remedy Diffuser Oil (not for topical use)

- USE THE ROLLER BALL TO TARGET where you need it for deep relaxation or right where you clench: in front of the temporomandibular joint (in front of your ear canal on the muscles and along the jaw line). Easily pop the roller ball applicator off to pour a tsp into a running bath for a hypnotic soak before bed. It will take your stress down a few notches.
- BEFORE BED: Prep your sleep chamber by diffusing 1-3 drops of Natural Rest Diffuser oil for 30 minutes. Make sure to turn off your diffuser when you turn off the lights so as not to overdo - less is more. If you don’t have a diffuser
TAP A DROP on a tissue, an organic cotton ball or an eco-silk cloth. Hold up to your nose and inhale slowly. Exhale even slower. Repeat a few times or place scent next to your pillow.. You can regulate the intensity of the scent by how far away you hold it from your nose.
- STORE out of reach of babies, children and animals. Refrigerate, when taking a break from use, to preserve potency for up to 12 months from opening.
- SAFETY: For external use only. Not for consumption, or for newborns or infants. Avoid contact with eye area and nasal passages. Discontinue if irritation develops.
