- TAP A DROP on a tissue, an organic cotton ball or an eco-silk cloth. Hold up to your nose and inhale slowly. Exhale even slower. Repeat 5 times. You can regulate the intensity of the scent by how far away you hold it from your nose. When using for steam inhalations you only need one drop of this highly concentrated formulation in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water.
