sandalwood oil to avoid burnout

Recently, Prevention Magazine asked me about the epidemic of feeling run down and  to offer up a few tips on how to avoid burnout using essential oils.  One luxurious, sensual oil I recommend is Sandalwood—a fantastic stress-relieving agent, which is why I use it in my true relaxation STRESS REMEDY, included in the H. A few drops of this musky scent can help alleviate constant worrying, deepen your breath, relax your muscles and even cool down a hot temper. Dab a few drops on your chest, and then close your eyes and count your inhales: Inhale one, inhale two, inhale three, inhale four, etc. When you lose count, start back at one and keep counting until you feel your tension ease.
